This simple concept makes healthy eating super easy!

One of the biggest complaints I hear from clients when they first start out on the healthy eating path is the amount of time they are spending in the kitchen. When you’re transitioning from take out and frozen meals to home-cooked healthy dinners, you WILL spend more time in the kitchen, no mistake about that. However, you don’t need to spend HOURS in the kitchen to incorporate fresh, home cooked meals on a daily basis. In this week’s video, I’m sharing a super simple concept that makes eating healthy SUPER EASY! And the best thing is that it gets even easier with practice. After watching the video, I’d love to hear from you. Which foods do you enjoy that you can cook once, and eat two or three times this week?

If we're going to change the world, we must have this

“A woman is the full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture and transform.” – Diane Mariechild

Happy International Women’s Day! The theme this year is #BeBoldForChange and I couldn’t agree more. I believe women are being called to step into leadership roles and create the change we want to see in the world. And to do this, we must be bold.

There’s something else we need too, and it’s the topic for this week’s video. If we are going to create, nurture and transform anything the world, we must have the energy, stamina and internal resources to make this happen.

In this video, I share why it’s important to support and nourish yourself in all four areas of health: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and what that really looks like. We have important work to do in the world and we must address all four areas if we’re serious about creating meaningful and sustainable change.

After watching the video, let me know which of the four areas require more attention in your life. And keep checking back as I will be providing more resources to support you on your journey.

Thanks so much. I’m so glad you’re here.
Take care and talk soon!
Michelle
